How does one go about retrofitting an American symbol?
The Sears Tower is iconic to Chicago so I didn't change the shape, just the skin.
By replacing all the windows the of building with ETFE, the building would be able to complete shade
itself from sunlight when necessary. The facade of the ETFE flows over the roofs of the tower, creating outdoor shaded patio areas that are sheltered from harsh Chicago winds.
